Do you ship worldwide?

Yes worldwide shipping is available. An estimate is provided on the checkout page before the payment is processed.

Processing your order

Your fine art prints are printed by a professional photo lab in Sydney. Prints are usually delivered within 5-20 days of receiving payment. A confirmation email will be sent when your items are dispatched, along with the tracking number.

Shipping within Australia

All items will be shipped via DHL Express or Australia Post; they include a tracking number which you can track online. A signature is required on delivery.

Global Shipping

All global shipping is with DHL Express. Depending on your location, a base flat rate shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

DHL Express takes 2+ business days (within major metropolitan areas) and includes a tracking number for online progress reports. 

Buyers are responsible for any custom duties / import taxes that may apply in their country. 

Lost or damaged packages

A tracking number is applied to every order shipped. Buyers are responsible for the provision of accurate shipping information and delivery instructions (if any).  A package will be considered lost if you have not received it within 4 weeks (for packages within Australia) or 8 weeks (for international packages). We will replace lost packages at no charge after the specified amount of time has passed.  

Any damaged item purchased from is eligible for replacement but it must be returned before a replacement can be issued. We must receive written notification and photographic evidence showing the stated damage within 14 days of receiving the item. After 14 days unfortunately refunds or exchanges can't be given.
